“A Very Potter Musical” Questions:
Can I do the show?
– Right now our policy is that we don’t give permission for people to do the show, and there a few good reasons for this. First off, since we don’t own the rights to Harry Potter characters we can never charge money for the show, and even if you promise not to charge we really have no way of knowing. Since our name is on the show, we don’t want to be responsible for people not following the rules. Secondly, and most importantly, none of our musicians wrote down any of the music. So we have no music to send you. Sorry if this is a bummer.
Are you guys going to sell a DVD?
– No.  Sometime in the future the show may be available for download and you guys can burn your own DVDs, but we can’t sell it.
Are you guys going on tour?– We’ve got no plans to tour right now.  We would have to change the show a ton to even make it possible (It costs of a lot of money to travel with a 17 person cast, a band, and a crew!)
Can you guys put up the un-edited version?– There were several reasons why we edited the show in the first place. Â First off, with all the new viewers the show was getting, we wanted to make it watchable for all ages, or at least PG-13. Â Secondly, we were worried about what WB/JK would say if they saw it, and since our goal was for YOU to watch it, we tried to eliminate any possiblity of it getting taken down.
Can we put up chords to the songs/ a musical score of the show?– None of our musicians wrote down any chords… so no. We literally don’t have that information for you guys.
Is Voldemort the same guy as Duder from Little White Lie.– No.  Joe Walker plays Voldy, and Chris Allen is Duder.  They’re both very handsome men with completely separate bodies.
“Little White Lie” Questions:
Will there be a Season 2 of “Little White Lie”?The first season of Little White Lie was written and shot the summer before our senior year of college, and then edited throughout that year. It was a unique set of circumstances (and a generous grant from The Walt Disney Company) that allowed us to gather such a large group of talented people in one place for seven weeks. During those weeks we wrote the scripts, recorded the songs, and filmed over 55 hours of footage. Since then, most of us have graduated and scattered across the country (some of us are even in Canada) and so a second season, as much as we would love to do it, seems unlikely.
However, Little White Lie is not cursed to incompletion. We are still holding out hope that a similar set of miraculous circumstances could bring us back together to film a Season 2, for which we have many ideas.
